This beautiful lantern set is made in Morocco from hammered and handpunched iron with an antique rust finish. It can be illuminated with candles as large and as many as you can fit in for more light and a better look. If you decided to use candles make sure you unplug the electrical cord from the wall. We recommend that you use candles in clear glass jars or cups for better results. When illuminated with candles, lanterns could get hot, carry them from the handles they have. The lanterns could also be wired for a 25 or 40 watt clear light bulb such as the bulbs used in chandeliers to throw intricate shadows on the surrounding walls. If you know how, you could wire the lanterns by your self or we can wire them for you for only $18 which will be added to the cost of each lantern to cover the electrical parts and service. You could use your choice of colored bulbs too! These lanterns are perfect to decorate indoors, outdoor patios, around swimming pools or entranceways and can add an exotic accent to your space. If wired keep away from water to prevent electric shock.
